Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver products purchased from Sonakshi Creation in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

For all purchases within India, we deliver orders to your doorstep free of cost. Shipping charges will be applicable for all orders delivered to countries outside India.

• If an order is lost or remains undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
• If you return an order that has been delivered successfully, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Delivery Time

We dispatch products within 48 hours. Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Address Guidelines

To ensure timely delivery of your order, please make sure of the following while entering your shipping details:

1. Provide a complete address including House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a nearby Landmark.
2. Enter correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details. Incorrect information may lead to misrouting.
3. Ensure that your phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable, as we may need to contact you for delivery-related queries.

Important Notice

Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If the product is damaged, inform our customer service immediately.
