Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, simply call our customer service at +91-8107246307 (9 AM – 6 PM) or email us at info@sonakshicreations.com. Once it’s shipped from our office, you cannot cancel your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped out.

Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
  1. Damaged items delivered
  2. Incorrect items delivered (not as per your order)
  3. Returns will not be accepted without a valid reason. If a customer chooses to return an item without a valid reason, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Damaged Items Delivered

If your package appears damaged upon delivery and the item inside is found to be damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Steps to Follow:
  1. Note the damage on the courier’s airway bill and keep a copy.
  2. Ensure appropriate remarks are made on the courier delivery sheet (if applicable).
  3. Notify Sonakshi Creations within 2 days of receipt with complete damage details.
  4. Share clear images of the product, including close-ups of the damaged area.
Resolution:
  • We will discuss replacement, refund, or store credit.
  • If a replacement is requested, return the item in original packaging.
  • Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost after we receive the damaged item.
  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer initially and will be refunded after verification of transit damage.
  • One-of-a-kind or customized products may not be immediately replaceable. Feasibility and timelines will be communicated.
Incorrect Item Delivered

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
